Ukraine Reconstruction Contracting Office collects account details, company registration information, proposal files, and messages so staff can review eligibility and award rebuild contracts. Contracts staff and administrators can see that material. A company user sees only its own company, proposals, and messages.

We do not sell personal information. Files are stored on the application server and are downloaded only by the owning company or by contracts staff. Sign-in, award, and review actions are written to an audit log with the account and IP address.
