Background. Road and border connectivity projects support EU–Ukraine trade routes and domestic logistics.
Scope. Mill and overlay damaged pavement, repair approach slabs, restore drainage, and install temporary then permanent barriers.
Traffic. Maintain at least one lane in each direction except during approved night closures.
